Jow Ga 9th Annual Lock In posted: January 09, 2008

Come celebrate Jow Ga's 9th Annual Lock In Jan. 19th starting at 6:00p.m. Party is open to all current and past students, family, and friends. Affiliate branches are also welcome to come join in the fun. Plenty of food, games and prizes all night long at the lock in. Parents can participate or just have a relaxing night off. Sign up during class hours or contact us to RSVP. Cost is $5 for food and bring a dish if you like (not necessary). As always we will be having the Jow Ga Olympics.

New Class Schedule at Newport News posted: December 18, 2007

The class schedule is changing at the Newport News location. The adult class will move to 7:00-8:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays starting the 2nd of January. Also, there will be no more Tai Chi Classes at the Newport News location starting the beginning of the year.

The Newport News location will be closed December 24th and December 31st, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. The Virginia Beach location will be closed on December 25th and January 1st, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Congratulations to all competitors of the recent 4th Annual Jow Ga Five Tigers Championships. A special congratulations to Samson Lee who won first place in the Gold Cup Juniors Division and to Mark Elefane who was first runner up in the Mens Gold Cup Division.
